Entries included mannequins created in collaboration between clients, residents, counselors, and art therapists from treatment centers, both residential and outpatient, hospitals, private practice, researcher/health coach, graduate student and artist. The mixed-medium works are judged on clarity of theme, creativity and originality, quality of composition and design and the overall impression and presentation of the artwork. The 2015 judges include Michelle Dean, MA, ATR-BC, LPC, CG, Board Certified Art Psychotherapist and Professional Member of American Art Therapy Association; Fritz Liedtke, Photographic Fine Artist and author; and Leigh Cohn, MAT, CEDS, author, artist and owner of Gurze Books.
"The diverse and creative responses to this year's challenge were inspiring, and I appreciated the artists' efforts to push the boundaries of form, structure, and identity through their visual representations," says Michelle Dean. "Reading through the descriptions, I was particularly struck by the powerful themes of warrior and journeyer. I wish the courageous individuals who participated in this project and those who are not yet on their journey, the strength and fortitude to claim their path of recovery."

Imagine Me Beyond What You See Awards Ceremony will be held Thursday, March 19 during iaedp's Opening Night Dinner. The evening opens with iaedp's signature International Flag Procession, spotlighting the International and United States Chapter Delegations. The Imagine Me Awards presentation will include the Professionals' Choice Award, voted on by iaedp membership, Symposium attendees and the general public.
