LOUIS, Jan. 20, 2015 — (PRNewswire) —  StationDigital Corporation (OTCQB: SDIG), a revolutionary internet media delivery platform, today announced it has entered into a letter of intent with Network Foundation Technologies, LLC ("NiFTy") to purchase certain assets including their NiFTyTV Patented Technology which substantially reduces the cost of live broadcast TV over the Internet.  Also included are 16 patents, 14 issued with 2 pending.

NiFTy's innovative approach will enable StationDigtial to deliver online broadcasting at a dramatically lower cost, thus enabling larger online audiences to be reached, while ensuring excellent quality of service. The NiFTyTV distributed broadcasting technology patents have been cited by numerous well-known companies, including Google, Microsoft, IBM, Sony, Nvidia, HP, Yamaha and NEC.

According to Forbes Magazine, Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP predicts that over-the-top (OTT) TV streaming will grow to be a $10.1 billion segment in 2018, up from just a relatively meager $3.3 billion last year.
