SPREO to Demonstrate Indoor Positioning & Indoor Navigation Technology at Location & Context World in San Francisco, California

Conference attendees are invited to visit SPREO in the exhibition hall to view live demonstrations of accurate indoor positioning, dynamic indoor navigation, and indoor location sharing.

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 3, 2014 — (PRNewswire) —

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- SPREO is a sponsor of the 2014 Location & Context World event in San Francisco, the first conference dedicated to location based services and contextual applications. SPREO is leveraging its proprietary technology to demonstrate indoor location accuracy within one meter.

Using mathematics and technological intellectual property, SPREO has gained a fundamental advantage over the rest of the indoor location industry. SPREO's technical architecture integrates RF signal fingerprinting and sensor fusion. SPREO's innovation, which delivers sub-meter indoor location accuracy, sets us from the rest of the players in the market and enables us to develop solutions that require high accuracy such as indoor navigation and location based notifications.

SPREO received CAD drawings from J.W. Marriot and designed custom, user-friendly maps exclusively for the conference and exhibit spaces. SPREO will deploy a small fleet of custom Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacons throughout the facility. J.W. Marriot's facility directory and the conference's event schedule and exhibitor layout are integrated into the SPREO demo app via a cloud-based content management and administrative dashboard. The dashboard also provides beacon fleet monitoring and visitor flow data.

SPREO utilizes its indoor location accuracy as a launching pad and foundation for many applications and location based services.  The demonstration will illustrate SPREO's strong ability to provide dynamic, step-by-step indoor navigation with auto-floor detection and route-correction.  SPREO will also show the first-ever indoor location sharing application, similar to many GPS-based solutions but significantly more accurate.

Avi Sacajiu, CEO of SPREO said, "SPREO is proud to be a sponsor of this event, and I invite attendees to visit our exhibition booth for a full demonstration of the indoor location solutions that SPREO offers to numerous industries."
