August 2014 – VEN Architecture has been informed it is among the winners in the European regional stage of the International Property Awards 2014-15 by two of its projects, Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communication Building and Keypark.

VEN Architecture competed against a number of architects in the region to receive this recognition and will find out exactly which awards it has secured when the official announcements are made at a gala and presentation dinner at the Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, London, on the evening of October 14th.

If VEN Architecture is the highest-scoring winner in the region, it will go on to represent Europe at international level and compete against companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, Canada, the USA, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Arabia and the UK for the coveted title of World's Best.

The award represents a significant achievement for VEN Architecture. The International Property Award Winners’ logo is recognized as a symbol of excellence throughout the industry and entries are subject to a stringent vetting procedure, with only six per category, per country put through to the rigorous judging process.

One project is a civic building. This is the third international award for the Ministry project beside WAF2013 and Green Good Design 2014 by Chicago Athenaeum. The other award winning project is Keypark, which is located in Ankara, a commerce center design for a private investor.

The Awards judging panel consists of over 70 highly respected experts from all over the world and is chaired by three active members of the House of Lords: Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Courtown.

At the end of the awards year, all regional winners will have their entries re-judged to decide the International World’s Best award winners.
