802.11ac and Cloud-Managed Trends Expected To Remain Robust

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., July 23, 2014 — (PRNewswire) — In a newly released market forecast report by Dell'Oro Group, the trusted source for market information about the networking and telecommunications industries, Enterprise-class Wireless LAN market revenues are forecast to exceed $6.7 billion in 2018, over 70 percent greater than 2013 revenues.  Key trends include the continued growth of both 802.11ac access points and faster-than-market growth of cloud-managed Wireless LAN systems.  The overall WLAN market is expected to reach $12.2 billion during this time period.
