Analog Bits’ FinFET Design Kits support a variety of IP products including: SERDES, PLLs and on-chip Sensors for process, voltage and temperature for silicon devices to be manufactured at 16nm.

Analog Bits also supports the recently announced 16nm FinFET plus, which TSMC describes as “offering a 15% speed improvement and 30% total power reduction over the earlier version at the same speed.” Analog Bits’ Design Kits for this are also available now.
