The SI Organization Completes Acquisition of QinetiQ North America Services and Solutions Group

New company offers full-spectrum of innovative, high-quality services and solutions to the federal marketplace

CHANTILLY, Va., May 27, 2014 — (PRNewswire) —  The SI Organization, Inc. (the SI) announced today that it has completed its transaction to acquire QinetiQ North America Services and Solutions Group (QNA/SSG) from QinetiQ U.S. Holdings Inc. QNA/SSG's core offering of high-end systems engineering and integration services and software solutions will strengthen the SI's offerings in the Intelligence Community, greatly scale presence in adjacent markets, and provide additional opportunities to leverage research and intellectual property to drive innovation to customers and deliver value to investors.
