Grenoble, France, May 20th, 2014 -- Infiniscale - a leading provider of variability design management solutions dedicated to Analog/RF, mixed-signal and memory, announced today the new release of its ICLys™ software, an innovative solution for variability analysis of advanced technologies.
“ ICLys™ advanced Monte Carlo is unique. It is the only tool on the market that can be effectively called Fast Monte Carlo. Its robust High-Sigma analysis has been validated and adopted by many memory IP providers. This year, we are proud to announce we will be unveiling a new ICLys™ release at DAC 2014, which offers new features and unprecedented capabilities to perform variability management.”, Said Dr. Firas Mohamed founder and CEO of InfiniScale.
IClys’ Fast Monte Carlo is a unique Monte Carlo analysis with up to 30X+ faster verification run times. Its robust and high accurate High-Sigma analysis (6 sigma and more), that is able to manage highly non-linear phenomenon and multi-failure zones, reduces hundreds-of-thousands, millions, or even billions of runs to thousand of runs, making advanced technology design verification possible. Where managing local variability by known tools and techniques suffers from the need to manage huge numbers of simulations, ICLys is able to handle thousands of parameters with a very limited number of simulations. Last but the least, ICLys’ True corners analysis is an efficient & accurate PVT analysis, not based on limited DOE techniques, which leads to the most likely statistical corners to achieve a given yield.
ICLys will be demonstrated at the Design Automation Conference (DAC) in San Francisco, USA, June 2-4, 2014 at the InfiniScale booth #427.
