The dataVoice International and 3-GIS partnership will allow dataVoice to bundle the 3-GIS products with their Utility Management suite. This relationship will provide customers with true state-of-the-art tools that will allow seamless data capture, asset management, outage management, workforce management, IVR, and AVL under a single integrated product solution. The 3-GIS suite of tools will also provide Damage Assessment, Inspection Management, Vegetation Management, Right-of-Way Management, Joint Use Inventory, and Field Design tools in an easy to use web based application. In addition, the 3-GIS products will provide full editing GIS capabilities from a web browser, as well as provide a host of mobile field applications on Windows and Android platforms. All GIS data is maintained in the Esri ArcGIS Server environment, which will allow other entities or ESRI applications to work directly with the data.
