March 28, 2014 -- Exprodat, the UK-based provider of Esri-based petroleum GIS services, software and training will be visiting Alberta in Canada at the end of April 2014, to offer their wide-range of oil and gas training courses which are designed to show how ArcGIS can be used in common exploration and production workflows.
Just as Calgary brings together the Bow and Elbow rivers, Exprodat training staff bring together expert knowledge of GIS and real-world experience of E&P departments. Their courses will teach local oil and gas workers how to improve their everyday productivity and create more efficient ways of handling valuable exploration data.
Exprodat is dedicated to taking the best petroleum ArcGIS training available around the world to ensure that as many people as possible can benefit from attending. Training in Calgary, joins courses now held in Perth Western Australia, Kuala Lumpur, Houston, Dubai, Aberdeen and London.
Exprodat Training Manager David Crowther commented on his company’s worldwide training capabilities and why Calgary has been added to the growing list; “In the past, oil and gas professionals from Calgary have attended our Houston classes. Partnering with Petroskills has enabled us to extend our global reach for training delivery and we are delighted to now offer a local event to our Canadian customers. The added benefit is that companies reduce their travel expenditure and professionals minimise time spent away the office.”
