Reduction of system power consumption becomes increasingly important as the number of electronic components in cars grows. TB9021FNG, fabricated with low power consumption, fine pitch BiCD process, realizes reduction of stand-by current to 25% that of equivalent product1, down to 30uA (typical). The product also integrates the power output transistor and condenser necessary for the system, contributing to a reduction of external ICs and system simplification.
