Newgaard brings more than 20 years of experience growing and leading sales at both Fortune 500 business units and high growth companies. He recently served as the Director, Federal Sales for EMC Isilon where he led one of the fastest growing divisions at EMC, doubling federal sales his first year. Newgaard has a long track record of delivering results, capturing market opportunities, and effectively partnering with industry to achieve increased scales of business. Prior to his role at EMC Isilon, Newgaard served as President of Paragon Systems, LLC and held various senior executive roles at Compaq Computer Corporation (now HP Computer).
