Zaltbommel, The Netherlands – August 6th, 2013 ---- CycloMedia Technology B.V. announces today the appointment of Frank Pauli as new Chief Executive Officer. Frank Pauli and Executive Director Naud van der Ven, who joined CycloMedia on May 1st 2013, will manage the company with a focus on the international expansion plans.
Starting August 1st, Frank Pauli will be responsible for further developing and implementing the strategy of CycloMedia and the daily management, in order to achieve CycloMedia’s growth objectives in the Netherlands and abroad. Naud van der Ven will be primarily responsible for the financing and program management of the international expansion of the company.
Frank Pauli has been Vice President EMEA at Nokia Location & Commerce since 2008, where he was responsible for the product strategy, creation and delivery of the map and content product portfolio. Before that he held several international positions at Philips Electronics, including Marketing Director Europe and General Manager of various Business Units.
Naud van der Ven has significant operating experience as board member and Chief Financial Officer with AXXICON, Vedior, ASM International (all publicly listed) and private equity-held companies Novamedia and CMI.
