Tim Oliver from Horry County, S.C., shares the value of integrating documents with the Esri ArcGIS system

CLEVELAND, July 8, 2013 — (PRNewswire) —  Esri users from across the world are gathering in San Diego, Calif., to attend the Esri International User Conference and learn about innovative new ways to utilize GIS technology. One of the industry's innovative leaders, Tim Oliver, assistant chief information officer at Horry County, S.C., was selected to present during the plenary session and will share how users can integrate Esri ArcGIS and OnBase, Hyland Software's enterprise content management (ECM) solution, to provide faster and more efficient service.

Staff members and constituents of Horry County use Esri ArcGIS to instantly obtain information through the internet-based map interface. Because it is so effective, Horry County extended the capabilities of the solution using OnBase, giving staff members access to critical documents and content directly from the GIS map.
