Reporting to Dr. Raik Brinkmann, OneSpin's president and chief executive officer (CEO), Cantele has responsibility for expanding OneSpin's sales channel and building a worldwide sales and support team to further deploy its formal verification software.

Prior to joining OneSpin, Cantele served as vice president of Global Sales and Field Operations for Polyteda Software Corporation. He has worked at a number of leading electronic design automation (EDA) and semiconductor companies in a variety of technical management and management positions, including Cadence Design Systems, Celestry, Mentor Graphics, Oridus, Samsung and Supertex. While at Cadence, Cantele managed the Cadence Design Services organization, building revenue to more than $120 million.
Cantele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master of Science degree in Math and Computer Science from San Jose State University.
