The new product, "TLP188", guarantees minimum creepage and clearance distance of 5mm, and can be used at up to 707 Vpk of maximum permissible operating isolation voltage, as specified in the EN 60747-5-5 safety standard. With a guaranteed internal insulation thickness of 0.4mm, TLP188 fully conforms with the reinforced insulation category of various safety standards.

TLP188 can replace the current Toshiba product, "TLP628 (DIP4 package)", and can contribute to saving board space through its use of the smaller, thinner SO6 package.

Applications
Factory Automation (FA) devices: Programmable logic controllers (PLCs), I/O interfaces
Home appliances: Air conditioners

Key Features

1.   Operating temperature range: -55 to 110°C
2. Collector-emitter voltage: 350V (min.)
3. Isolation voltage: 3750Vrms (min.)
