WHAT: Minnesota Employment and Economic Development Commissioner Mark Phillips, Brooklyn Park Mayor Jeffrey Lunde and several other state and local dignitaries will help celebrate the opening of MMD’s new medical manufacturing headquarters with company employees, including MMD CEO Tim Holland, during a special ribbon-cutting ceremony. MMD’s new 100,000 square foot facility features some of the most advanced medical manufacturing technology in the U.S. and will employ over 250 employees at full capacity. MMD’s expansion is an example of how Minnesota’s Jobs Bill legislation has helped to create high-tech, high paying jobs here in Minnesota.
