Intergraph's Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and mobile technology enables Charlotte to consolidate the city's police and fire agencies, speed response
HUNTSVILLE, Ala., April 26, 2012 — (PRNewswire) — �The City of Charlotte, North Carolina, has implemented Intergraph®'s incident management solution to improve coordination between the city's police and fire agencies and enhance emergency response. Charlotte selected Intergraph's map-based computer-aided dispatch (CAD), mobile technology, automatic vehicle location, and interoperability software.The implementation will extend the Intergraph CAD and mobile technology already in place at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) to include call-taking and dispatch at the city's Fire Department.
