ArcFM Fiber Manager recognized as the best product on the Esri ArcGIS platform

April 12, 2012 – Telvent GIT, S.A., a leading real-time IT solutions and information provider for a sustainable world, announced today that ArcFM Fiber Manager was awarded the Partner’s Choice Award at the 2012 Esri Partner Conference. The Partner’s Choice Award is voted on by Esri’s more than 1,500 business partners across 16 verticals and represents the year’s best software product developed on the Esri platform. It also was selected as the best Extension to ArcGIS Desktop. 

Esri technicians and business partners selected ArcFM Fiber Manager due to its comprehensive use of Esri’s ArcGIS 10 platform and ArcGIS Schematics 10, as well as its flexible data model, which allows users to design, manage, analyze and report on any communications network from a single application. Additionally, Esri noted the fast-growing adoption of Fiber Manager, with 20 new users recently added, increasing the total number to more than 65 worldwide.
