New techniques including mobile and aerial platforms, automated processes, LIDAR collection, and hardware/software advancements have led to increased efficiencies to support on-going asset data collection. This webinar will discuss both traditional (survey, windshield assessments, etc.) and modern (LIDAR, mobile, etc.) collection strategies that may fit your organizations needs.

In this webinar, we will review the concepts of condition assessment, risk analysis, valuation, capital budget planning, and on-going maintenance activities as well as the importance to have a plan in place on what needs to be collected to support these types of analyses in order to deliver a sustainable Asset Management Program.

Speaker Bios
Allen Ibaugh is the CEO of DTS, a small business focused on developing and deploying GIS, multimedia (video/software/graphics), and web-based solutions for government and private industry. He has extensive knowledge and experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), transportation modeling, transportation planning, and GIS-model integration. He has been a member of the GIS Subcommittee of the Florida Department of Transportation Model Task Force for the past five years with responsibilities for design and review of the GIS-TM integrated modeling product developed by Central Office FDOT. Allen has over 15 years of project management and technical experience working on various GIS and transportation projects for DOTs, regional planning agencies, and various Town/County Governments.
During the past 10 years, Allen has been a member of URISA and most recently was the Treasurer of the organization on the Board of Directors. He's also the Chairman of GISCorps.
Jason Amadori has over 13 years experience in the fields of Asset Management, GIS, GPS and Environmental Studies. He has managed over 25 asset management projects dealing with approximately 40,000 miles of roads, containing over $25 Billion in asset infrastructure. Mr. Amadori is also skilled in the integration of technology to achieve project-specific goals by aligning existing technology with client’s goals and objectives.
