Washington, DC, September 6, 2011 – RapidEye USA announced today that it has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). RapidEye is a leader in wide area, repetitive coverage of Earth through its constellation of satellites and advanced remote sensing-based services.

The eighteen (18) month contract is valid through December 2012 and has a maximum ordering ceiling of 4.6 million US dollars.
