Johnson City, TN, Jul 18, 2014 -- A more engaged and problem-solving public is the goal of Johnson City’s launch of the 311GIS reporting software.

This cloud-based program allows Johnson City citizens to download a free app for their smart phones or use tablets or personal computers to report problems as they see them across the community.
