Pictometry International Corp. Forms Canadian Subsidiary

Rochester, NY — May 18, 2010 — Pictometry International Corp., leading provider of aerial metric oblique imagery and measuring software, announces the formation of a wholly-owned subsidiary -- Pictometry Canada Corp.

Using Pictometry’s proprietary geospatial information technology, Pictometry Canada will deliver and market Pictometry solutions to government and commercial customers in Canada with sales and support in both English and French through its offices in the Montreal and Vancouver metropolitan areas. Through this subsidiary, Canadian customers will be able to access imagery coverage across Canada including the cities of Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, St. John, Halifax, and Charlottetown. New image capture flights of existing and new areas are planned to start this fall.
