The Pulsic technology will be used to help deliver non-volatile memory (NVM) designs and IP based on the unique Saifun NROM(TM) technology. The NROM cell architecture enables lower overall form factors, improved yields compared to stack-die, as well as lower system, operation and maintenance costs.
With nine of the top ten memory manufacturers using Pulsic software in production, Saifun's endorsement adds to Pulsic's leadership in this most challenging of design environments.
