Rapid Customer Adoption of MIPS(R) Architecture and Cores Extends Leadership in Exploding 'Digital Home' Market

      introduction of the MIPS32(R) 4KEc(R) core

        * Actions Semiconductor, one of China's premier fabless semiconductor
          companies, extended commitment to MIPS architecture with 24KEc(TM)
          Pro license to produce next-generation portable media devices; MIPS-

        * Fangtek Ltd., a leading provider of IC solutions for mobile
          devices, licensed the 24KEc(TM) core to develop high-performance,
