Ramtron to Showcase New Family of High Performance Microcontrollers at Embedded Systems Conference

Ramtron will be showcasing its recently introduced family of Versa Mix 8051 microcontrollers at booth number 3113. The conference will be held at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California, USA.

About the Versa Mix 8051 Family

The VMX51C1012 and VMX51C1016 are fully integrated, high-performance mixed-signal 8051 system-on-a-chip solutions that are ideal for signal conditioning, data acquisition, sensor and control applications. VMX51C1xxx peripherals include a single-cycle 8051 processor with an enhanced MULT/ACCU unit for DSP operations, an enhanced serial peripheral interface (SPI), an I(2)C interface, universal asynchronous receiver transmitters (UARTs), an RS-485/RS-422/J1708-compatible transceiver, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), pulse width modulators (PWMs), a programmable current source, digital potentiometers, an analog switch, an operational amplifier and more.
