Reminder - Charles Ng, Kilopass Vice President, Speaks at IEEE Computer Society Meeting About Embedded Non-Volatile Memory Applications for Standard Logic CMOS-Process Designs

-- (MARKET WIRE) -- Feb 23, 2006 -- STANFORD, CA

Who:

Charles Ng, VP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing, at Kilopass Technology, Inc., a supplier of embedded Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) Intellectual Property (IP), will speak at an IEEE Computer Society meeting on the topic of Embedded Non-Volatile Memory for CMOS SOC Design.

What:

The lecture is sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society Santa Clara Valley Chapter, and the IEEE, Stanford Student Chapter, and covers an alternative to expensive off-chip EPROM and Flash memory for non-volatile memory applications with support for CMOS process technologies down to 90nm. This new type of non-volatile memory, XPM, adds zero process and zero mask changes to standard logic CMOS designs. In addition, it addresses the need for increasing data and software IP security, expanding non-volatile storage and lowering cost.

When:

Thursday, Feb. 23, 2006, 7:30 p.m. (Refreshments from 7:00 to 7:30 p.m.)

Where:

Room 128 Education Building, Stanford University, Stanford, California
