Hosted by SEMI Europe, the three-day flagship business event this year focuses on strategies for competing globally, trends in electronics innovation and new opportunities and challenges of the digital economy.

“With Europe a critical player in the global innovation and supply chain, European organizations need to leverage the region’s rich history of innovation through public-private partnerships to uncover new ways to maximise competitive advantage in the digital economy,” said Laith Altimime, president of SEMI Europe. “ISS Europe is an ideal forum for identifying these opportunities.”

Top European companies, research institutes and public institutions will explore how Europe can seize the full potential of digital innovation through collaborations in the electronics, components and systems community – from enterprises of all sizes to researchers and academia.

Leading organizations presenting at ISS Europe 2019 include Accenture, ASML, sentronics metrology GmbH, Roland Berger, Synopsis, BMW, Siemens Healthcare, Schneider Electric, Robert Bosch GmbH, University of Eindhoven, DG Connect and Cadence.

The event will feature the panel discussion Leveraging Private-, Venture- and Public-Stakeholders to Expand the European Semiconductor Ecosystem” and an opening networking reception for the opportunity to connect with other executives. At the gala dinner, SEMI will announce the 2018 European Award recognizing the individual or team who has made a significant contribution to the European semiconductor, microsystems, photovoltaic or display industries.
