Cadence Collaborates with Google Cloud to Enable Cloud-Based Development of Electronic Systems and Semiconductors

SAN FRANCISCO — (BUSINESS WIRE) — June 25, 2018DESIGN AUTOMATION CONFERENCE—Cadence Design Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CDNS) today announced a collaboration with Google Cloud to enable electronic systems and semiconductor design with the Cadence® Cloud portfolio. The collaboration enables Google Cloud Platform customers to use the Cadence Cloud Passport model to access cloud-ready Cadence software tools for use in Google Cloud. The collaboration between Cadence and Google Cloud helps engineers to access compute resources quickly, driving improved productivity for complex chip design projects.

The announcement was made at the 55th annual Design Automation Conference (DAC) being held in San Francisco at Moscone Center West, June 25-28, 2018. Cadence is located in booth 1308 in the main exhibit hall and booth 1245 in the Design Infrastructure Alley.
