RIEGL to Exhibit and Present at SPAR 3D Expo & Conference!

RIEGL will be exhibiting and presenting at the 2017 SPAR 3D Expo & Conference!

Orlando, FL March 28, 2017 - The 2017 SPAR 3D Expo & Conference will be held at the Marriott Marquis Houston in Houston, TX from April 3-5, 2017.

Please join the RIEGL experts at Booth 615 throughout the week to learn about industry leading RIEGL Waveform-LiDAR. Come by to learn about how our hardware and software can help you and your business! 

We will be holding a RIEGL TLS Workshop on Monday, April 3 from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM. Our team of RIEGL experts will be discussing the RIEGL VZ-400i terrestrial laser scanner, the RISOLVE software, new tools in RiSCAN PRO, Registration Power Tool, GeoSys Manager, and RIEGL MLS applications.

Along with our team of experts, we will have instruments from our terrestrial and unmanned product lines on display at our booth!

Be sure to stop by Booth 615 to see two of the RIEGL VZ-400i ultra high performance 3D terrestrial laser scanners and the RIEGL mini-VUX1 miniaturized LiDAR sensor for unmanned laser scanning on display! 

The RIEGL VZ-400i is a cutting-edge 3D terrestrial laser scanner which combines a future-oriented, innovative new processing architecture and internet connectivity with RIEGL’s latest waveform processing LiDAR technology. See it on display with the Trimble R8 GPS receiver and stop by the booth throughout the week to see live demonstrations of this fantastic system!

The RIEGL miniVUX-1UAV is a user-friendly and cost-efficient device to acquire survey-grade measurement data by use of remotely piloted helicopters and unmanned aircrafts for a variety of applications.

In addition to our exhibition, we will have RIEGL presentations throughout the week.

We will be presenting RIEGL’s RiSOLVE, the ultimate 3D scene capture solution, during the Product Previews on Monday, April 3 from 10:45-11:00 AM in Houston Ballroom III. Join us to learn more about this fantastic software!

Thomas Gaisecker, Senior Manager International Sales with RIEGL, and Pep Kanda, Senior Mine Surveyor of DeBeers Canada, will be presenting “Multi-Sensor Spatial & Volume Measurement in Open Pit Environment and Analyzing the Information for Slope Stability and Geological Applications” on Tuesday, April 4 from 11:00-11:25 AM.

We will also be participating in the Crime Scene & Common Scanning Challenges- Live Demonstrations of 3D Technologies at SPAR 3D. Join us on Monday, April 3 from 3:00-3:30 PM and again from 5:00-5:30 PM, Tuesday, April 4 from 9:00-9:30 AM and again from 2:30-3:00 PM, and on Wednesday, April 5 from 9:00-9:30 AM and again from 2:30-3:00 PM.

We will participate in the Accident Reconstruction demonstrations, hosted by IAFSM at SPAR 3D. We will be scanning vehicles on Tuesday, April 4 from 2:00-2:30 PM and present the results on Wednesday, April 5 from 2:00-2:30 PM.
