Service providers are facing new challenges as they make the transition to NFV. In this session, panelists will discuss how they're working with network operators to address key barriers to NFV adoption, including quantifying the business case, the need for carrier-grade solutions, integration with OSS/BSS, and the interworking between Network and IT organizations. The session will be moderated by Intel Network Computing Solutions Architect Murray Cooke, and in addition to Procera will feature panelists from GENBAND, Juniper Networks, F5 Networks, and Wipro.

Procera will also exhibit at the Intel Developers Forum in booth #165 and showcase its NFV leadership as part of the Intel Network Builders Community. The company recently teamed with Openet, Intel, Red Hat, and Cobham to perform a proof-of-concept demonstration of real-time OSS/BSS running in a virtualized environment. The innovative demonstration showcases how NFV concepts can be applied to OSS/BSS to deliver on the business benefits and improved customer experience that NFV promises through increased system agility, faster time to market, reduced TCO, increased elasticity and greater service availability.

Procera will also showcase its partnership with Dell, Intel, and VMware to deliver PacketLogic/V on COTS hardware, offering customers an additional option in the way they can purchase and deploy subscriber experience management solutions in their networks. Customers and evaluators from any country in the world will be able to purchase a reliable, pre-configured solution that delivers industry-leading subscriber management but removes challenges such as time constraints, import expenses and other difficulties that can be associated with traditional proprietary hardware solutions.

Procera's granular analytics technology helps broadband operators see more detail about how subscribers perceive their network experience, which enables operators to do more to improve or enhance the outcome.
