#WLAM2015 - Join ASLA's World Landscape Architecture Month Campaign in Time for Earth Day

WASHINGTON, April 21, 2015 — (PRNewswire) —  Earth Day is tomorrow, a perfect time to share your excitement about landscape architecture. Join the #WLAM2015 social media campaign to celebrate World Landscape Architecture Month, launched this April by the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) in collaboration with the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA).

Celebrate World Landscape Architecture Month with ASLA #WLAM2015

Participants are photographing cards imprinted with a "Designed by a Landscape Architect" message held in front of their favorite designed green spaces, including parks, plazas, playgrounds and bike trails. They are posting the photos on social media with the #WLAM2015 hashtag.

#WLAM2015 has now reached a critical mass on ASLA's tagboard for World Landscape Architecture Month. ASLA invites you to check out the more than 2,500  photos and add your own.

How to share your photo for #WLAM2015:

The #WLAM2015 campaign encourages everyone who loves outdoor spaces to participate. ASLA will "retweet" and share many photos.

*Important Note—If your Twitter or Instagram profile is set to private (i.e., only your followers can see your posted content) and you still want to join ASLA's social media campaign, first make your profile public, submit your post via instructions above with #WLAM2015, then go back and make your profile private again. This will allow us to track the submission.
