ANIME MIDWEST EXPANDS SHOW SPACE AND OFFERS NEW PANELS FOR ATTENDEES

2014 Convention Doubles in Size and Boasts Brand New Attractions

(Chicago, IL) May 23, 2014--  Anime Midwest, a three-day convention celebrating Japanese animation, video games, music and more has expanded their space for this year’s convention from July 4-6, 2014. In order to accommodate a growing number of expected attendees, the convention will take place in both the Hyatt Regency O’Hare and the Stephens Convention Center. Each of these venues will host additional Q&A panels and autograph sessions with prominent actors and entertainers including Greg Ayers, Caitlin Glass and Chris Patton.

With 2,000 guests already pre-registered, over 10,000 people are expected to attend the Fourth Annual Anime Midwest Convention, which brings fans hundreds of events in celebration of Japanese culture. Register today to attend this highly anticipated event.

Anime Midwest

Anime Midwest is a three-day convention celebrating Japanese animation, video games, music and more, similar to other cons like anime central, aka ACEN. The convention runs from Friday morning through Sunday afternoon, and includes dozens of events such as a Cosplay costume contest (where participants wear costumes and accessories to represent a specific character or idea from a work of fiction) anime screenings, concerts and more.
