IPC APEX EXPO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES DELIVER BEST PRACTICES IN ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING

BANNOCKBURN, Ill., USA, February 10, 2014 — Experts from throughout the global electronics manufacturing industry will teach 29 professional development courses as part of a comprehensive educational program at IPC APEX EXPO®, March 23, 24 and 27, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

Each three-hour course focuses on a critical issue within nine specialized areas, including: assembly processes for lead free and tin-lead soldering; cleaning, coating and contamination; design; emerging technologies; environmental issues and compliance; PCB fabrication and materials; printed electronics; quality, reliability and test; and supply chain/business issues. Course attendees will receive an instructional handbook to reinforce key information and use as a reference when they return to work.
