ENOIA Completes Acquisition of Babcock Borsig Softech Engineering Company in India

DUBAI, UAE, June 18, 2013 — (PRNewswire) —

ENOIA BV (ENOIA), the engineering subsidiary of Future Group Holdings S.A. SPF (FGH), announced today that it has acquired Babcock Borsig Softech Private Limited (BBSPL), headquartered in Chennai, India. BBSPL is a multidisciplinary design and detailed engineering consultancy company, serving Oil & Gas, Process & Power sectors, Offsites and Utilities, Civil & Structural Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Automotive based projects.

BBSPL was founded in 2000 as a 100% Export Oriented Unit and currently employs over 100 engineers. The company is located in Chennai, the strategic business hub of Southern India.
