Washington Convention Center . The GeoPDF SIG meeting will provide an opportunity for the geospatial community to hear the latest developments in TerraGo GeoPDF technology and workflows designed to help organizations extend the access and application of their ArcGIS investments.

TerraGo provides software solutions that enable non-GIS savvy users to access and collaborate with spatial information anywhere they need to go through portable, actionable, geo-referenced PDF files (GeoPDFs). Throughout the conference, attendees will be able to see unique demonstrations of how TerraGo Server and desktop solutions, including its latest innovations in 3D GeoPDF and mobile technologies. More specifically, attendees will see how TerraGo can help them:

-Provide grab-and-go access to GeoPDF files with TerraGo Server and ESRI ArcGIS Server: From a browser-based or web mapping service (WMS) application environment, users can select an area of interest and generate a custom GeoPDF on the fly. These GeoPDFs can be taken in the field by virtually any worker who needs to capture on-the-ground intelligence and send it back to operational headquarters or peers in the field.

-Capture field intelligence via geo-ready maps and images with TerraGo Mobile and ESRI ArcMAP: For GeoPDF-centric workflows, TerraGo offers a handheld mobile solution that gives non-GIS savvy users the ability to interact with highly portable, interactive maps and images in the field for greater situational awareness and more efficient data collection.

-Generate custom mapbooks and geospatial applications with TerraGo Composer and ESRI ArcMAP: GeoPDF-based mapbooks can be generated to provide field workers with easy access to complex map and images data during large-scale, field-based initiatives.

-Make LiDAR and elevation data portable and accessible for anyone with TerraGo 3D Composer and ESRI 3D Analyst: TerraGo will preview the industry’s first 3D GeoPDF solution that leverages TerraGo and the free Adobe Reader to provide greater portability and access to elevation data.
