DAT/EM Systems International Releases Version 5.1

Anchorage, Alaska USA August 6, 2009 –The latest update for DAT/EM Systems Summit Evolution™ is now available. Version 5.1 can now be downloaded from DAT/EM Systems’ website at ‘www.datem.com’. This latest release includes updates for Summit Evolution, Landscape™, and CAPTURE™ for ArcGIS®, AutoCAD®, and MicroStation®. In addition, Release 5.1 is fully compatible with Windows VISTA® 32-bit and Microsoft® Windows® XP (latest service pack). Most CAD interfaces are also available on 64-bit XP and VISTA, with the exceptions noted below.

CAD Versions:

Release 5.1 has interfaces to the following 32-bit CAD versions:

    AutoCAD®: AutoDesk 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 products
    MicroStation®: MicroStation V8 and 2004 Edition
    ArcGIS®: ArcMap 9.1, 9.2 and 9.3

    Available in the next release: AutoCAD 2008 and 2009 64-bit operating system interface.
DAT/EM release 5.1 offers a beta interface for XM or V8i if it is installed on your computer. If you decide to use the beta interface, please report testing results to Email Contact.
