Under the terms of this partnership, which shall take effect from December 1, 2008, the companies provide customized platforms that combine Rohde & Schwarz test & measurement equipment with AWR’s high-frequency design software to produce unique simulation and measurement solutions. Rohde & Schwarz Japan will offer AWR products bundled with its test and measurement equipment through its extensive sales and support organization in the country. AWR Japan will continue to be the primary direct sales channel in Japan for AWR’s microwave & RF design software solutions and will provide all post-sales customer support.
