Provides Customers with Increased Capacity and Performance to Tackle Advanced Designs
"Our customers are demanding the increased capacity and high performance needed to implement and analyze complex designs of chips, packages and boards and their interactions," said Jiayuan Fang, president of Sigrity. "Porting Sigrity's power and signal integrity solutions to Linux-based platforms will provide a technical advantage for our customers by significantly accelerating design and analysis time, leading to improved time to market."
Comprehensive solutions for advanced designs
Sigrity's products that support 64-bit Linux platforms cover the full range of power and signal integrity solutions for chips, packages and boards. The Sigrity SpeedXP Suite comprises power and signal integrity tools that provide fast, accurate full-wave electrical analysis of leading-edge IC packages and PCBs. XcitePI performs dynamic noise simulation of the full-chip power grid structure including package effects, to identify and analyze power integrity issues and help avoid costly design iterations and respins. CoDesign Studio simultaneously co-simulates the complete package and complete chip in an integrated design environment to ensure that chips which are functional during simulation and testing also are fully operational when placed into the actual package. Existing licenses for the above products can run under Linux immediately. Support for the Linux operating system for both existing and new licenses is available at no additional cost. Beta release is available now with formal release to be made later this quarter.
